Nestled in the charming district of Portici, La Terrazza di Monica & Teresa offers a delightful retreat that exceeded my expectations during my first solo holiday. The spacious apartment, adorned with vibrant themes in each room, feels like a home away from home. We were six in total-two couples, and it was amazing how the layout accommodated us perfectly, with cozy common spaces and that much-loved terrace bathed in city views. Monica, our host, deserves a special mention; she was more than just accommodating. Always checking in on me, she made each day brighter with her enthusiasm and helpful nature, from providing espresso for my morning boost to helping us navigate the local area and even offering a ride to a nearby square for dinner. The location here is another highlight-ideal for day trips to Pompeii and the Amalfi Coast, with a train station just a leisurely 15-minute walk away. The neighborhood felt safe, with everything in walking distance, I could truly immerse myself in the delightful Italian ambiance. La Terrazza di Monica & Teresa is a gem that I would definitely recommend to friends and fellow foodies looking for an authentic Italian experience without sacrificing comfort or convenience!
